Broker Mandatory Course

•  Mandatory Course: Broker Mandatory A key area of responsibility for brokers and managing associate brokers is the ongoing training and supervision of licensed salespeople, as well as the broker review of purchase and sale agreements, seller and buyer brokerage agreements, customer acknowledgments, and advertising. Being aware of and managing potentially high risk and conflict of interest situations is also critical and requires an in-depth understanding of the compliance requirements. This full day course will review the compliance requirements of brokers and explore high level agency and conflict issues. It will be delivered through a combination of lecture and workshop style with ample opportunity for discussion of real life situations. This course will help brokers become more proficient at using sources of compliance information to guide them in resolving the complex situations that arise.
